Under 8s 2019/20 season has started and what a start it's been. Having trained last year, played a few friendlies and a tournament before summer the boys were really looking forward to getting started on the league proper. Our first home match against Hunslet didn't disappoint. The boys did themselves proud, getting on the score board and giving our opposition a good match. Then last weekend we had our first away match travelling over to Wakefield. Brand new kit looked and felt fantastic. On top of that goals in abundance and a game that gave them all a really good feeling. My thanks to all the parents who put so much effort in to keeping our boys motivated and practicing in their spare time and helping me as I get to grips with being a coach in the league. Looking forward to a fantastic season!
